Now is the best time to begin your self-care journey! Art and Mindfulness is a process of self discovery and empowerment through intentional art making and self reflection. The intention of this 6 week series is to help you begin to trust yourself and follow your intuition to create a powerful life. This series of Art and Mindfulness is designed to give you a foundation of self-care tools that will help you reduce stress and regulate your emotions so you are more able to handle the (sometimes intense) ups and downs of life.
Series one – Begin – will be held on Tuesdays at 6pm via Zoom on the following dates:
